This is the download calendar for the Multi-Sensor Absorbing Aerosol Index (MS-AAI) data record.

Access the archive of daily and monthly AAI fields by selecting a year and month in the menu on the left.

The monthly gridded level-3 files are available in NetCDF format.

The daily gridded level-3 files are available in NetCDF format and are contained in one ZIP file per month of data.

Alternatively, one can download the entire daily or monthly MS-AAI database by using the respective data package download options.

Data are available between November 1978 and November 2024, except for a two-year gap between June 1993 and May 1995.
